Technical Analyst

Job Scope: • Expertise in delivering complex system implementations, including issue support and resolution, and performing acceptance testing • Help gather and document functional and technical requirements. Have a deep understanding of the client’s needs. • Create test cases for each technical and functional requirement, including positive, negative, and integrated end-to-end test cases. Review testing strategy and cases with the client to ensure they cover the client’s business needs. • Perform acceptance testing, review results with the client, and obtain client sign-off prior to releasing functionality into production. • Document any issues found during testing, work with internal teams to ensure they are fixed, and retest them successfully prior to releasing them to production. • Understand the client’s current state architecture and work with them and within our internal teams to help execute their future state vision. • Proactively communicate any issues that will affect the quality of deliverables or affect project timelines. Work with teams internally and externally to resolve these issues. • Perform the required system set-ups and configurations for the testing and production enablement of new products, features, and enhancements. • Work with internal and client technical teams to ensure testing environments are running, updated, and correctly configured. • Work with the client to migrate their clients to their payment platforms. • Provide post-implementation support on the features that were delivered to our clients. • Work with product and development teams to automate key processes and templates. • You may be creating and delivering key training to our client to help them be successful users of our products. Qualifications: • 5 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) • Experience in managing financial and/or payment system implementations. • 3+ years payment industry domain expertise is highly preferred • Experience with software testing, issues identification, and resolution • Experience in SDLC processes and tools (JIRA, Rally, Wikis, etc.) • Experience using Postman or other API platforms • Experience with REST processing language • Extensive experience performing hands-on system testing • Ability to learn new systems with minimal training • Experience working with cross functional teams that delivered on system requirements, design, development, implementations, testing, training, and support. • Experience with delivering training • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously • Experience providing direct customer support • Ability to manage customer expectations and negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders • Advanced understanding of banking, payment card systems, payment methods and merchant acquiring and processing globally • Proven ability to deliver on strategic projects • Ability to manage ambiguous situations and find creative and effective win-win solutions • Negotiation skills with a track record of achieving results • Strong analytical, quantitative, commercial, project management and interpersonal skills • High energy level, performance oriented and passionate about merchants, acquirers, and technology in the digital commerce space • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to simplify and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical executives, sales teams, and other stakeholders
