Doc 1 Application Support

Delivering Application Support for Legacy E2vault and DOC1 Designer application (Pitney Bowes DOC1 -version 5.6). • Should have experience in Design and testing of e-statements/e-letters using the document composition tool. • Interacting with the Clients to obtain requirements for the changes. • Monitoring overnight batch runs and fixing issues related to batch failures ; Performing purging and doing remediation activity , handling E2vault server patching activity. • Responsible for planning Year end activities and volume projections to refrain from batch issues. • Providing estimation for all the templates that needs to be developed and creating work order for the project. • Preparing transition documents and Ready Reckoners for future project upgrade ; • Basic Knowledge on Windows Batch Scripts. • ITIL Process Knowledge and Familiar with Service Management Tools.
