Through bill of materials screens, users will define all the raw materials and packing materials that are required to produce a finished product. The application provides control of precise specifications to the quantities involved and allows detailed definitions of man power, machine, and required utilities. A key feature of production management solution is the ability to define a multi-level / multi stage BOM for multi-process production. Multiple BOM’s can be linked to a single batch for multi stage production along with the size of batch and the commencement date. In addition, different batch sizes can be defined for each BOM.
